New White Paper: Retail Services Leader Finds Speed, Mobility and Agility in HP Solution

leader, successfully deployed a range of mobile solutions from HP
that assist field reps to better serve their clients.

The company, CROSSMARK, developed SalesTrak - a field sales force
management application - to enable its representatives to better
track new products, placement instructions and other store-specific
retail tasks. But with SalesTrak's effectiveness limited by a mix of
antiquated and cumbersome data-collection processes, CROSSMARK began
deploying a range of HP hardware that provides each field rep with
the tool best-suited to serve clients with maximum effectiveness
while minimizing costs.

Ramping up deployment over the last few years, CROSSMARK currently
has about 1,400 HP iPAQ Pocket PCs and 500 HP notebook PCs in the
field. About 3,500users rely on a SalesTrak via the Web and an IVR
(integrated voice response) system running on HP ProLiant servers.
The HP Tablet PC is also beginning to see broader use among CROSSMARK
field reps.
